With the Dallas metropolitan area being among the biggest population gainers, as Americans continued their trend of moving to the Sun Belt, I continue to specialize in working with many clients relocating to the Dallas and Fort Worth areas. Dalls-Fort worth has added more than 146,530 residents between July 2008 and July 2009, more than any other metro area. In addition, home prices in the DFW region have remained relatively stable during the recent economic recession, avioding both the rapid price escalation that fueled a lot of the speculative development on the West and East Coasts and the dramatic plummeting of home values expereinced by other regions. The market's strength has been sustained by a combination of affordability and a diverse economic base that has kept unemployment figures well below national levels.
