Real Estate Investment Team – Continues to Grow!

In April of 2004 Inside Collin County Business published an article titled “Investment Real Estate – Hot Realty Specialty.”   At that time, Jim Ryan, a realtor with RE/MAX Premier Group in Plano Texas had found his niche with working on researching and selling properties to real estate investors in the DFW area. Since then, he has continued to grow his business with the assistance of his wife Kristin Ryan, they have formed a team of realtors and support staff known as “The TexInvestors Team”.  

TexInvestors currently has members of the team strategically located across the DFW Metroplex.  This concept allows the team to cover a larger area for their buyers and sellers than most realtors can handle alone.   The team prides itself on using the latest technology available and implementing the emerging technology trends of real estate. As the internet is being used more and more by technology savvy buyers, having the newest technology available is critical to the success of the team and their clients. The realtors are mentored and trained by Jim and Bill, and are experienced professionals, who are now the leaders in researching and evaluating discount properties.  TexInvestors is a full service Real Estate brokerage under RE/MAX, that can handle all real estate buying and selling services. Whether an investor is buying one property or many properties, lives out of state or in Texas, the commitment and dedication from the team is just the same, says Jim Ryan. 

The team also teaches a weekly HUD class “Successfully Buying HUD Homes” at Collin County Community College. In addition, they have been involved with the First Time Home Buyer program with the city of Plano, participated in the Rich Dad Poor Dad seminar in Dallas, and the Celebration of Enterprise event in Plano. The team is also dedicated to supporting charities, such as, The Children’s Miracle Network, Juvenile Diabetes Association and Susan Komen.
